Product Returns - Instructions
- a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained in order to return products to APM, Inc. for servicing (warranty and non-warranty repairs)
- please use the form below to obtain an RA number for your service request, the RA number will be returned to you via the contact method indicated on the request form
- upon receipt of the RA number, please ship the product return to the address shown on the Customer Support web page, write the RA number on the outside of the package
Product Service - Standard Terms
- a minimum service charge of 50.00 is required on all non-warranty service / repairs, this includes UPS ground return shipping
- if the repair exceeds the minimum charge, you will be contacted via e-mail or phone to authorize the additional charge
- the nature of the repair will be reported after the service is complete
- all service / repairs include re-execution of a final factory acceptance test on the product
