Information for Processing Orders Originating from Outside the US
- Orders originating from outside the United States, must be pre-paid via credit card, a check (drawn on a US Bank), or a wire transfer
- submit your order via e-mail, or, call or FAX using the numbers below (see order information required below)
- APM, Inc. will generate a pro-forma invoice (prices quoted are in US dollars) for your order which includes international freight forwarding services
- payment for your order must be remitted upon receipt of the pro-forma invoice
- checks should be made payable to: Applied Processor and Measurement, Inc.
- for orders paid by wire transfer, or a check not drawn on a US bank, there will be an international order service charge
- all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- upon receipt of payment, your order will be shipped
- orders will ship best way, via Menlo Worldwide (formerly Emery Worldwide), UPS, or the US Postal Service
- equipment will be exported from the United States in accordance with the U.S. Export Administration regulations

- provide complete ship to and bill to address information
- provide contact name, phone and FAX (or e-mail address) for the order
- indicate payment method - credit card, check, or wire transfer
