Information for Processing Company Purchase Orders
- to obtain a quotation (hardcopy or e-mail pricing and delivery information) on standard products before you submit your order, please submit the price request form, or call or FAX at the numbers below
Please indicate the following on your Purchase Order:
- indicate whether a hardcopy or e-mail confirmation is required
- provide a ship to and bill to address
- provide contact name, phone and FAX (or e-mail address) for the order
- please indicate shipping method - our standard shipment method is UPS Ground, shipping charges will be pre-paid and added to your order on the invoice - orders may also be shipped using an account from your company, please provide carrier and account number
Order Terms:
- standard billing is net 30
- for net 30 credit, an account with APM, Inc. must be established - FAX company credit and tax exempt information using the contact information below
- checks should be made payable to: Applied Processor and Measurement, Inc.
- prices quoted are in US dollars, shipping, or sales tax is not included
